Shipping Fees
There will be an air courier shipping charge of $12.00
for shipping on all orders and a dispensing fee of $5.00
per medication applied to all orders charged by the pharmacy.
Shipping and dispensing fees are
non-refundable.
When to Expect Delivery
Your overseas delivery can usually be expected in 4
to 5 weeks after your order was shipped. Delivery
is almost always in less time than this.
Potential Delays
- Prescriptions faxed with a great delay compared to the
date of purchase
- Courier's mistakes
- Routine inspections by local and international authorities,
can often be accounted for the delays occurring between
the dates the order was placed and the actual date the
product gets shipped and/or delivered.
All other Destinations Outside the US
We ship worldwide and despite all the probable obstacles,
our customers report that the average shipping time frames
range from a low of 1 week to a high of 3 weeks.
Orders outside the US may vary in length and nature and are
strictly connected to the local carrier's abilities and limitations
as well as the local authority's procedures.
Delivery Guarantee
The pharmacy will notify you by email
when your order is shipped. If you advise the pharmacy
by email of a delivery that is taking longer than the shipping
notice estimate, the pharmacy will respond with the courier's
delivery confirmation number for the shipment and the directions
for using this number to learn the status of your shipment.
If the courier cannot locate your shipment and provide you
with an expected delivery date, the pharmacy delivery guarantee
will take effect.
The pharmacy will immediately investigate the circumstances
of the case, and contact you and either reship the order to
you free of all additional charge, or refund your total purchase
price.
How Shipments Are Made
Since the pharmacy is overseas, all shipments originate there
and are flown into New York City by an international air courier
to clear customs and be turned over to a local courier for
final delivery. The package will come to your door by way
of an express courier delivery truck or through normal postal
service.
Refund Policy
Once your order is placed and the transaction pre-approved,
the pharmacy will send you a notice
that your credit card will be charged shortly thereafter.
At such stage, your lack of advice to the contrary within
48 hours, will result in an irreversible charge. Misunderstandings
concerning prescription policies and/or other terms of use
are not longer valid arguments for requesting a refund.
Owing to the nature of the products,
we regret, pharmaceuticals once purchased cannot be returned
except under exceptional circumstances.
Prohibitions to return medications
once they leave the care, custody and control of the pharmacy
are contained in U.S. Federal law and in the laws of most
states, for reasons of public health and sanitation.
If you feel yours' are exceptional circumstances (and believe
you deserve a refund) please write to us describing the reason
why you would like to return the consignment, and we will
examine your case to consider issuing you a refund or for
re-shipment.
Shipments That Can Not Be Done
The Pharmacy cannot accept, and will cancel and refund payments
for, orders that are directed to certain destinations. Shipments
addressed to the following destinations currently cannot be
shipped:
