IMPORTANT PRELIMINARY REMINDER
The Bio-terrorism Act of 2003
regarding the importation of drugs now requires separate FDA
inspection of all shipments of foreign drugs. We highly recommend
you to place your orders 30 days ahead of schedule to make
sure you will receive your products on time!
LEARN HOW TO PROCEED IN EACH OF THE FOLLOWING CASES:
NEW ORDERS: for New Customers
Click on the New Orders
page to both, place the actual order and pay.
You will receive an instant e-mail confirmation with your
Order Number. If did not receive it, please make sure to allow
your Firewall to accept e-mails from our "admin",
to check your Spam mail box and to verify that the e-mail
we have on file is correct.
Fax your prescription to the pharmacy and keep in mind
that high peaks of traffic or other technical challenges can temporary
deny your transmission. We suggest to try more than once at
different hours or to e-mail your prescription
If you experience problems faxing your script simply scan
your script and e-mail it to us as an attachment.
REFILLS:
Express Service for Repeat Customers.
To refill an order you have placed with us before without
any changes in name, strength, or quantity of any drugs in
the order, click here to go to the Express
Refill page utilizing your exiting username and password.
Your past order(s) will automatically appear along with all
your personal information on file. Simply follow the easy
steps to check out.
You do not need to send the pharmacy copies of prescriptions
they already have. However, if you need to add to, subtract
from, or otherwise modify your existing prescriptions, a new
prescription must be faxed to the pharmacy.

If your doctor modifies a prescription, have their office
fax the modified prescription to the pharmacy.
If your doctor tells you to stop using a prescription, fax
the pharmacy to let them know. Specify the drug and use the
word "stop" in connection with the name of the drug.
The pharmacy maintains a prescription file for you, and
once you send them a copy of your prescription, you can
continue ordering refills. The pharmacy alters your file to
reflect modifications and stop orders.
